Simple access

How it works

A clear path from requesting care to speaking with a provider, without unnecessary scheduling steps.

  1. 01

    Request care

Provide basic contact information and, if you choose, a brief note about your concern.

  2. 02

    A provider reviews your request

We contact you by phone or text based on current availability.

  3. 03

    Receive care

Get remote care when appropriate or clear guidance about the next step.

Available, delayed, or temporarily unavailable

Direct Line may show as available, delayed, or temporarily unavailable based on provider availability. When access is delayed, you can still submit your information and continue with your day. We’ll contact you when a provider is ready. If patient access is temporarily unavailable, you may still sign in so we can reach out when appropriate.

Virtual care when appropriate, in-person care when needed.

Some concerns are better evaluated in person. If your provider determines that an office evaluation is the better next step, they can help arrange an appointment at Direct Line’s Northeast Ohio office location, based on availability.
