Direct Line Medical uses this portal to securely request access to care and provide insurance and payment information. Your clinical medical record is maintained separately in Practice Fusion. Direct Line Medical does not use this website as your electronic medical record.
We ask only for what is needed to identify you, reach you, understand the general reason for your request, collect insurance information, and set up an authorized payment method. Insurance photos are kept private and are visible only to your provider. Card details are handled by a secure payment processor and never stored here.
